Our refund policy is straightforward. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For most refunds, the product needs to be sent back to our facility, but if that's not possible, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. We'll issue refunds for items damaged in transit only if a replacement is unavailable, and we require a photo of the damaged item. Refunds won't be issued for items confiscated by local Customs. Buyers are responsible for checking local laws, and any Customs-related costs for confiscated or undeliverable goods fall on the buyer. Sale items are final sale, and we don't process returns or refunds for them. If an item arrives damaged, contact us with a photo, and we'll replace it at no extra cost to you.
